Yes. We hold a SECO licence, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs authorisation required to legally operate as a recruitment firm in Switzerland. We are also licensed to recruit across the EU.

We run an eight-step process: agree the brief, search and selection, shortlist presentation, interview coordination, candidate feedback, reference checks and assessments, offer management, and a follow-up session after the hire starts. We stay involved beyond placement because integration matters as much as selection.

Yes. Our team is certified in scientifically validated psychometric assessment tools including DISC and Motivators profiling. Assessments are available on demand and can be integrated into the process when relevant.

Depending on the position, our delivery is typically one to three weeks. Executive or highly specialised searches may take longer. We agree a realistic timeline at the start of every mandate and keep you updated throughout.

Our outplacement service supports employees going through redundancy or organisational change. It combines ICF-certified coaching, personal brand and CV review, job search strategy, interview preparation, and salary negotiation support. Programmes run for three, six, or nine months depending on seniority.
