I was born in Chile, raised in Sweden, and have spent my career working across borders. That journey is what brought me to Zurich, and to Blackbird.
Before founding Blackbird, I spent over a decade at global organisations including IBM and Michael Page, building and leading teams. I worked in corporate Finance, in AR, Internal controls (SOX Compliance), and Global Shared Service Centre projects before moving into recruitment, which means I understand the roles I recruit for from the inside.
My multicultural background drives my belief in a fairer, more human job market. One where the right person gets the right role, wherever they are from.
When not working or travelling, you can find me with friends and family, or at a music concert somewhere in Europe.

I have been living and working in four countries over the past 20 years.
I have an international background working mainly in Finance positions across Fortune 500 companies in IT and Pharmaceuticals before I moved intro recruitment. I am a certified assessor and bring a structured, evidence-based approach to candidate evaluation. That means every candidate we present has been properly assessed, not just sourced.
My passion is understanding people from different backgrounds and supporting them to grow both professionally and personally. I am open, direct, energetic and thoughtful, with a great sense of humour and an optimistic mindset.
When not working, you can usually find me along hiking trails across Europe.
